Our Story
Golden Plov was founded in 2020 with one goal: to bring the soul of Uzbek cooking to Egypt. Every grain of rice is cooked over an open fire in a traditional kazan, seasoned with hand-selected spices imported directly from the Fergana Valley.
Our chef grew up watching his grandmother prepare plov for family celebrations — a dish that carries generations of warmth, culture and heritage. Today, that same love is cooked into every plate we serve.
